We are looking for a Real Estate agent that has experience in the NYC Real Estate Market and is looking to take their career to the next level. The Junior Agent will start with a focus on Rentals and transition to a focus on Sales with increased experience. This is an opportunity for a motivated, self-starter to propel their Real Estate Career. You will benefit from the mentorship and marketing advice of an experienced top broker.

 Requirements:

• Full time agent.

• Self Motivated

• His/her pipeline of business to grow preferable

• Available to show homes on evenings and weekends

• Be willing to work in a team environment

 Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of prior Real Estate Salesperson experience

• Familiarity with the NYC real estate market

• Willingness to learn new tools and systems

• An excellent communicator with a positive attitude both written and verbal 

• Maintain a valid Real Estate license (in good standing) and membership to REBNY

• At least 2 years of proven successful experience
