The trend of resident-only dining is not confined to New York. One of the latest luxury high-rise to hit the shores of Sunny Isles Beach, just north of Miami, has embraced the exclusive trend as well. Jade Signature, designed by famed architects Herzog & De Meuron, offers a truly luxurious amenities package which allows residents to experience resort-style living on the shores of South Florida.
